Wheat Bran

Some wheat bran, the outer layer of the wheat grain kernel, is sifted out of our flours during the milling process. It's rich in fiber and nutrition, and has a sweet, nutty flavor.

Ways to Use Wheat Bran: Substitute for some of your flour in bread, muffins, or other baked goods for additional flavor, fiber, and textural interest
