Our Current Classes

In this hands-on class we will demonstrate the incredible new doors of flavor, texture, health, and possibilities that fresh flour pasta can open.
A pizza making party focused on learning the basics of hand stretching dough, topping, and loading into a hearth oven.
In this class we will focus on two sourdough breads — first, a traditional sourdough and also a wholegrain sourdough.
Join us for a class that will highlight various ways of making classic “American” cookies — with a Ground Up Grain twist, of course.
In this class you'll learn all about ingredients, rolling and crimping techniques and how to achieve a perfectly baked crust.
Learn all about making a perfect Puff! We’ll mix the dough, discuss which butter is best for laminating and go over the lamination process.

Now Booking: Pasta Making Party

You will get to mill your own fresh flour and make pasta and a sauce to enjoy at the end of the class with a paired beverage and bread. You will also take home 2-3 pounds of “leftover” fresh pasta to enjoy with your family and friends.
