Pick Up at Ground Up

If you have ordered for pickup, you can pick up from our mill at 4 North Bridge St, Holyoke, MA 01040. (Get directions here.)

We pack orders every Tuesday and Friday morning. If you place your order by 12 PM Monday, your order will be ready after noon on Tuesday. If you order before 12 PM Thursday, your order will be ready after noon on Friday. We will send you a confirmation when your order is ready to pick up.

You can pick up any time during our business hours: Mon-Fri: 8 AM-4 PM.

We no longer offer after hours pickup. Please have your order shipped if you can not make it during regular business hours.
