Join Jonathan Stevens for an engaging 4-hour hands-on sourdough baking class, where we'll dive deep into the world of sourdough starters! This class is designed for both beginners and those looking to refine their skills. We will cover everything you need to know about caring for and using your sourdough starter, ensuring you feel confident in your baking journey.

What To Expect:
During the session, each participant will receive pre-prepared dough to shape and experiment with various dusters for crafting beautiful boules and delicious toppings for flatbreads. You'll have the opportunity to unleash your creativity and ask Jonathan questions about the art of sourdough baking.
Please bring your own mixing bowl from home, as we will hand-mix a portion of dough that you can take with you to bake later. By the end of the class, you'll leave with a deeper understanding of sourdough, your own dough creation, and plenty of tips to continue your baking adventures at home!
