What To Expect:

We will focus on two breads in this class. A traditional sourdough and a wholegrain sourdough. We will bake traditional sourdough that will be ready for the oven upon arrival, while also mixing and shaping loaves for you to bring home and bake the next day. 

While that dough goes through its long fermentation period, we will mix our wholegrain sourdough.  This is a fast process that will quickly make it from the mixer and into the oven. 

This will be a very hands-on class where we will also talk about formula development and basics of bread science.  Look forward to bringing multiple loaves home both baked and unbaked!

Although cooking experience is not required, having a solid understanding of measuring ingredients and mixing doughs is recommended.
