Jonathan has been practicing and refining the craft of bread and pastry techniques at Hungry Ghost for 20 years. His approach emphasizes flavor, nutrition, and connection to farmers, millers, and eaters.

Join us for a 3 hour class learning techniques and recipes from this book.

What To Expect:

You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class with accommodations made for those requesting them. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back

Although cooking experience is not required, having a solid understanding of measuring ingredients and mixing doughs is recommended.
