Type: Specialty and Sometimes Base

Uses: A rich malt with beautiful light orange color and slightly toasty, slightly nutty aroma. Sufficient enzymes to use 100% for a Marzen or as an addition to other light colored beers where layers of rich cereal aromas are wanted. Don't just think of Octoberfest styles: think of Vienna year round.
