A 100% whole grain, our dark rye flour is made from stone-milled Organic Danko Rye, a hearty winter cereal grain with its origins in Poland. It has a fresh, grassy flavor, and is higher in fiber and lower in gluten than wheat. It’s milled to a workable texture that includes the nutrient-rich germ and bran.
