Introducing our new, 6-Week, CSA-style Sourdough bread share from the bakery at Ground Up. Our baked goods are made with high nutritional content in mind, ensuring every bite is as healthy as it is tasty. All grains are sourced from our community of Northeast farms, many of which are organic and regenerative!

Each week, you'll get:

1. One Artisanal Sourdough Loaf: Crafted with passion and care, using only the finest stone-milled flour.

2. One sweet and one savory item. Each week’s line up will feature ancient and nutrient rich grains.

3. Club Benefits: As a Club Member you will get 10% off all other Bakery and Midnight Train products.

Friday 9am-5pm 

Sat 8am-11am 

Pick up’s will be at 4 North Bridge St Holyoke and will coincide with Midnight Train hours.
