Organic Light Danko Rye Flour


Stone-milled from Organic Danko Rye, a hearty winter cereal grain with its origins in Poland. Our Light Danko Rye is a sifted, high-extraction flour, with just enough bran and germ removed to facilitate a lighter, fluffier bake than our Dark Rye. It has a fresh, grassy flavor and is higher in fiber and lower in gluten than wheat.
