Granola a’ la Mill (For Pickup Only)

Granola can be a sweet treat and a super-healthy snack. We know that whole grains like barley, oats, rye, spelt, and emmer pack a lot of nutritional value and have unique flavors. Our test-bakery has been experimenting with flavors that come from ancient grains and we think granola is an approachable way for anyone who loves granola to explore the spectrum of cereal flavors and discover your favorite ancient grain. 

Ordering: Available for pick-up at our Holyoke Mill only — Pick-up hours are Wed-Fri 9am-5pm.

Malted Chocolate Rye
Made with local oats & rye and sweetened with North Hadley Sugar Shack maple syrup and Chocolate Rye malt then blended and toasted with pecans, coconut, and dried cherries. 

Multi-Grain
Made with local oats, rye, triticale and sweetened with honey and munich malt then mixed with pumpkin and sunflower seeds dried orange and cranberries.
