Uses: Made from a resilient winter wheat this malt adds sweetness with a touch of cereal notes while still providing low color and not overpowering a hazy IPA's hop aromas. We suggest every brewer use a percentage of Warthog Wheat for superb head formation and retention in your hazy IPA's. From a session to a DIPA, Warthog has got your back!
